Howard (Bo) Norton joined the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise in 2016 and later transferred to the Rotary Club of Orange Park where he served as President (2022 /23).

Joining Rotary in 2017, Bo Norton is a member of the Rotary Club of Orange Park and served as ClubPresident in 2022–2023. He was appointed District RLI Director in 2023 and became District Governor in 2026. Bo is a member of the Paul Harris Society, and he and his wife, Colette, are Major Donors.
Before moving to Florida, Bo served for 27 years in the U.S. Navy, where he held several aviation commands and various staff assignments, including multiple tours at the Pentagon. After retiring from the Navy, he helped start several small businesses before becoming a senior executive in the satellite services industry.
In addition to his Rotary involvement, Bo has chaired several county and regional advisory committees while continuing to serve as a member of the Clay County Planning Commission.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, an MBA from Roosevelt University, and a Master of Arts from the Naval War College. Bo and his wife, Colette, reside in Orange Park and are blessed with two sons, their families, and four grandchildren.

Rotary Club of West Jacksonville
Ed Lombard joined the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville in 2011. He served as club president in 2017-2018. Ed has also served the district as assistant governor, district treasurer, & sergeant at arms.

Ed is a Major Donor to the foundation, Paul Harris Society member & Bequest Society member.
Ed works for Raymond James as a Managing Partner and has worked in the financial services industry since 1998.
In addition to his Rotary involvement, Ed serves as the President of the JT Townsend Foundation and sits on the boards of the Florida Theatre, Pine Castle, Knights of Columbus, Flagler College Science Advisory Board, Flagler College Saints Club, and Flagler College LEAD scholarship board.
He also sponsors The Flagler College Men’s basketball and Providence High School Boys basketball teams. Ed served in the United States Army and received his honorable discharge in November of 1993.
Ed holds a BA in Business from Flagler College. He lives in Neptune Beach. He loves to read and travel in his spare time.

He served as a member of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville from 2010 to 2021, where he devoted his energy to youth programs, the Service Avenue, and the Rotary Foundation. In 2021, he joined the Rotary Club of Riverside, where he has since served in numerous leadership roles, including Club President. Most recently, Eric was selected to serve as Assistant Governor Membership for Area 6.
