For more than 30 years, Milton Hunt has lived all that he teaches and speaks in his Employee Training, Motivational Speaking, and Employee Coaching services and programs. Hunt is a Native American, a member of the Lumbee tribe, the ninth largest in the United States. Having embraced his heritage, the principles, methods, and messages he utilizes and shares with clients and audiences are a blend of both professional expertise and personal experience. Hunt possesses a unique perspective and remarkable ability to recognize vulnerabilities among populations and unify cultural and generational differences among individuals and groups of all ages. Those who engage with Hunt easily identify with him and they sense, “He understands me.” And he does. In combination, these qualities are distinctions that position Hunt at the forefront of industry leaders.
Hunt has trained and coached in the corporate, government and private sectors. He also is a keynote and motivational speaker, an “edu-tainer,” known for delivering powerful and proven ideas in informative, captivating, and exciting ways. In all endeavors, Hunt performs with high energy and immense dedication.

Milton Hunt’s many outstanding accomplishments include:
• Appointed by the Secretary for the Department of Transportation to the Maryland Minority Business Enterprise Advisory Committee for the Maryland Commission on Indian Affairs. This appointment was made by the State of Maryland's Secretary for the Department of Transportation.

Gregor Baum, originally from Germany, came to the United States on a tennis scholarship and earned degrees in Business Administration and Leadership from North Carolina Wesleyan University. After an injury ended his athletic career, he turned adversity into a passion for mental health advocacy. During his time at Wesleyan, he founded his first Rotaract Club and now serves as District 7720 Rotaract Representative.

He is currently pursuing his MBA at Jacksonville University in Florida, where he founded his second Rotaract Club. Gregor is the author of The Rotary Mindset and founder of GH Inner Performance, with programs implemented in school districts nationwide. He regularly speaks on mental health and established a scholarship for international students, earning a North Carolina Senate Certificate of Commendation.

Cynthia (Cynde) Covington

The Rotary Foundation – Incoming Trustee 2026-2030

Cynde Covington is the CEO of Monument Leasing Corp., a family-owned commercial real estate company that primarily holds large industrial properties in its portfolio. 

Covington is a global Rotary leader, strategic visionary, and passionate humanitarian whose time in Rotary has been defined by service, leadership, and impact.  A member since 1999, she has served in numerous roles for Rotary, including as District 6970 Governor 2010-11, an International Assembly Training Leader, Rotary’s Representative to the CDC Foundation’s Polio Heroes Fund, and most recently as Chair of Rotary International’s Joint Strategic Planning Committee.

A passionate advocate for The Rotary Foundation, Cynde has inspired Rotarians worldwide through her storytelling, bringing life to the tangible impact of PolioPlus, the Annual Fund, and the Endowment Fund.   Her experience leading National Immunization Day teams in India, championing clean water and sanitation through HANWASH in Haiti, helping to create water systems in Nicaragua, and establishing a sustainable aquaponic center in Africa embodies her belief that sustainable, lasting change begins with giving others the tools to lift themselves up.

Her leadership and service have earned Rotary’s highest honors, including the Rotary International Service Award for a Polio-Free World, the Rotary Foundation Distinguished Service Award, and the Citation for Meritorious Service.  

Beyond Rotary, Cynde serves as a Director of the National POW/MIA Memorial & Museum, as the Immediate Past Chair for HANWASH, and Past Chair for the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour Foundation.  Professionally, Cynde has a background in financial planning and is CEO of Monument Leasing Corp., a commercial real estate company in Jacksonville.

Cynde and her husband, Barry, a third-generation Rotarian, share a love of adventure, travel, and family.  Together, they have welcomed many Rotary Youth Exchange “children” into their lives, extending their family across the world.

Through her leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to Rotary’s mission, Cynde continues to build bridges of hope and opportunity, knowing that when we lead with purpose and love, action through service becomes a force that transforms the world.

Marshall Bulter

Incoming International Director

Marshall Butler is the past president of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville and served as District Governor for District 6970 in 2016-17. He later served as Zone 34 Rotary Public Image Coordinator, helping clubs strengthen their voice through innovative communications and strategic initiatives across the region. Marshall has served in numerous leadership roles across Zones 33 and 34 and as Lead Facilitator for Rotary International’s Global Support Seminar. On July 1, he will begin his newest role as Rotary International Director.

Outside of Rotary, Marshall is an avid endurance athlete who has completed 18 marathons and many triathlons, including Ironman. He is currently working to run every street in Jacksonville through his “Every Street Duval” project.

Marshall and his wife, Karen, are Major Donors and proud members of the Bequest Society, Paul Harris Society, and End Polio Now Society. They have two daughters, and their eldest daughter, Emily, is now a proud member of the Rotary Club of West Jacksonville, continuing the family’s legacy of service.  

Crystal Mohammed

Crystal Mohammed is a purpose-driven leader who believes that leadership is not about titles, it is about impact, accountability, and the courage to do what is right, even when it is uncomfortable. Her journey began at just 10 years old as President of her school's Explorer Club, and since then, she has never stepped away from the responsibility of leading with purpose.

A proud graduate of St. Joseph’s Convent, San Fernando, Crystal built her foundation on discipline, integrity, and strong values, principles that continue to define her leadership style today. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a Minor in Criminology, equipping her with a global perspective and the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments across the Caribbean and beyond. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, enhancing her ability to design systems, optimize processes, and drive impactful, results-oriented initiatives.

Her approach to leadership is rooted in systems, sustainability, and service that is streamlined to actual needs of communities. Through a disaster preparedness scholarship programme facilitated by the Organization of American States and the Government of Chile, she strengthened her focus on resilience by challenging the status quo and pushing Rotaract District 7030 beyond reactive service into preparedness, mitigation, and long-term impact.
During the La Soufrière eruption, she led coordinated district-wide relief efforts across borders bringing structure, urgency, and empathy to the forefront of Rotaract's response. For her leadership and service for the La Soufriere relief and Rotaract commitment overall, she was honoured as a Paul Harris Fellow in 2021 by IPDG Debbie Roopchand.

In April 2026, she received her second Paul Harris Fellow recognition (PHF +1) by Assistant Governor Johann Eugen-Adolph of Guadeloupe, in recognition of her continued impact across District 7030 and her efforts to strengthen clubs, inspire purpose, and foster deeper inclusion, particularly within the French-speaking territories and of course Guadeloupe and the Rotaract Club of Pointe-a-Pointe, during which visit AG Johann observed Crystal's leadership impact.

As Charter President of the Rotaract Club of San Fernando South and a multi-term district leader serving as Assistant District Rotaract Representative, Disaster Preparedness Officer, Disaster Risk Management and Environmental Sustainability Chair, and Rewards and Recognition Officer, she has consistently pushed for stronger governance, transparency, and standards that elevate the entire district.

Now serving as District Rotaract Representative 2025-2026, she leads under the guiding principle “Lead with Purpose, driving a cultural shift across District 7030, one that prioritizes quality over quantity, healthy clubs over numbers, and legacy over optics. Her leadership champions a unified One Caribbean vision, bridging Districts 7020 and 7030 through collaboration, representation, and shared identity.

A dynamic speaker, mentor, and trainer, Crystal is known for her high-energy, no-nonsense delivery and her ability to turn ideas into action. Whether she is training Rotaractors in regenerative leadership, governance, disaster risk management, or community impact, her message is clear:

Lead with purpose. Build with intention. And leave it better than you found it.

John Chase

John Chase is a member of the Rotary Club of Boulder City and resides in Henderson, Nevada with his wife, Elizabeth. They have two adult daughters - both of which are amazing. A Rotarian since 2001, he has held numerous leadership roles including Club President, District Governor (2018–2019) for Rotary District 5300, and Zone 26 Rotary Membership Coordinator, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Rotary Zones 26 and 27 and Rotary International Director Nominee. Professionally, John and Elizabeth own and operate AmeriSent Insurance – Boulder City, and John is a retired Deputy Chief of the Boulder City Police Department. John and Elizabeth are Rotary Foundation Major Donors.
